An Oyster Thesis

The oyster we call a planet, this one Earth or such ~
Has lotsa parts and pieces and a shell of aether dust.
Quite lovely to see and experience,
Blue, green, yellow and white both ends ~
Lotsa gold, some fertile some sand,
Elevations vary, persons foe and friend.
Textures to touch, games to play, I'm gonna stick around ~
Have already for 30 cycles, so interesting with ups and downs.

A illusion or delusion, we can rise and we can fall.
Fall in love, others and self, work or doing zip ~
Be a poet, painter, prize fighter. Be really boring or be hip.
Get high or cry or drink, believe in a higher power ~
Sweat, get wet, stink or smell good, live on dirt or atop a high rise.
Become a lawyer then the judge, your word, is law,
A bum or celebrity, people turn and say Ah.
Sweet and pure, create a cure, nice or be a jerk ~
Own your own or own your clone, enjoy or hate your work.
Stretch be happy, feel crappy, change position oyster wide ~
