Yikes, can things get any more surreal ~
Such changes, little idea, how to feel.
Just know, I gotta break free ~
Find my self again, simple, me.
I am the one that is my source ~
Me and my friends, to stay on course.
They are different but we stick together ~
Help one another through turbulent weather.

Back to ease and clear days.
Being strong and able, feeling stable ~
Joy of comradery shown cards on the table.

     Hunger for, tantalizing taste ~
Fill the hole, in your face.
Cup of Joe, tobacco roll ~
Impress the friends, smoke rings blow.
Utter words to express yourself ~
Your ideas, out to public dealt.
Some may agree though talk is cheap ~
Mouth originations, better off keep.
Emanations via, from the same place ~
Some have significance, others a waste.
Blah, blah, ego share ~
Noise to hear, use of ear.
Another orifice, communicate with ~
In and out, accept or dis.
Back away, exteriorize ~
Feel through, your third eye.
Clean, clear, know, space to grow ~
Easy Peasy, in true flow.

     Dreaming of a time my future past ~
A liquid smooth, forever last.
Warmth prevailing symbiotic joy ~
Playful love of girl and boy.
We are one, understanding true ~
Each moment is, fresh and new.
Gliding on wings of mirth filled delight ~
Stretching through our day and night.
Awake to wonder at the bliss of life ~
How it twinkles and glows in the dark and light.
Sharing the song of harmonies ride ~
Dance and swim in a gentle tide.
Ocean sand between our toes ~
Later we roll down a grassy knoll.
Friends and family all around ~
Free to reach high while feeling so ground. 

   A mysterious ride we have each day ~
Uncertainty of what may.
Will we prosper in health abundant ~
Be wise, a learned pundit.
Speak the truth and inspire ~
Emanate, passionate desire.
Be accessible, heart on the sleeve ~
Intertwine a gracious weave.
Honest, forthright, we do our best ~
Be accountable, obligations met.
Stretch and breath, give, receive ~
Our goals we align and let.

   Uncertainty of how things will prevail ~
Will I triumph, unfurl my sails.
Shall I accomplish, goals set in motion ~
Or some other direction, spin on some notion.
Weighing objectives, which have the most depth?
Full view and scope, importance to get.
Good health is paramount, all else secondary ~
While my new book transition, is bordering scary.
What seems so straight forward, spins in confusion ~
The product turns, an overwhelming illusion.
Take step by step bring me through ~
 My body smiling, and my new book too.
Rain bring rainbows, determination success ~
Admiration abundance, sovereign excess.

     Rebounding from a sounding, a resonant perspective I had ~
Start again, work back from end, have more clarity to add.
Seeing through a deceptive view, an idea I felt was true ~
I observe more sight, from wrong, more right, allow me to live anew.
I was chasing ideas that had little depth, were without much truth ~
Feeling pain, rather insane, now Im being more sooth.
Changed latitudes, switched attitude, environment expands and unfolds ~
More simple sight through way of being, genuine perspective hold.
Medical solutions are what they are, useful in some ways ~
But where one can, trust the earth, natural herbs so much to say.
Pains subsiding, ferocity dividing, my body expressing its needs ~
What to consume and exude, parasitic invasion to heed.
Learn about, flush it out, get the system clean ~
Soon enough, no longer tough, body dynamic serene.

   Been busy as a beaver on medical leave ~
Getting things checked out, within me.
Scans and probes, what's going on inside ~
Some bug or the kind to bonify.
Seeking and jerking, so much change ~
Seems everyone something, physically strange.
These times are wild, planet shift ~
Breaking up and burning in a cracking rift.
Swing, sway, bend and bounce ~
accept what occurs, whatever amount.
Discover new rhythm this moment fits ~
Some bring relief while others hit.
What once was stable, could count on ~
This concept now, mostly gone.
Gotta be fluid, attune each new ~
Unencumbered idea will be changing soon.

Poetic expression greatly lessened, this last week or so ~
Didn't see it coming, a heart dumbing, BFF, MIA, did go.
Like spinning on a mystical maze ~
Best friend now just telepathic, I'm in a daze.
9 years together of presence, so much together grown ~
Taught each other love and respect, our connection so well known.
I don't really comprehend, why he had to leave ~
For him, we always wore our hearts, courageous on our sleeve.
I was concerned one day I'd die and what with my best friend?
He said he'd leave now for me to please not worry about such end.
Indeed I was feeling physical pain, but no certainty of my fate ~
Still a question, either way, He's beyond the gate.
I am finding my way this different path ~
Open more to human, touch and laugh.
Better relations, more the kind sensations ~
Possibly again time, to have a sensual relation...
