circuit surplus

Certain body circuits, automatic functions fine ~
Breathing; blood flow; beating heart, brain as opposed to mind.
Some are better to control, consciously decide ~
choice of food, when to sleep, helpful exercise.
Mind mechanical automated too, but also smart to use ~
Have it conscious, aware how it works, win 'mo better than loose.
Spirit all, beyond wall, infinite serenity ~
Knowingness, flowingness, simple truth in fun ease.
All in all wherewithal, a game we choose and play ~
Matter, energy, space, time, or every anything and alway.
Interestingly, circuits are also often temporary. Appear then poof!
Be for a moment, couple hours, a day. Can be really dark, stark or fun & play.
I'd say, they are, a more advanced habit. Each, something that we started.
Given existence and endowed life deportment. Head of its own department.
An entity of its own that you created for some purpose.
Now grown in surplus.
