Moving along at a contemplated pace. 
Seeing details, interjected here and there, keep the ball rolling, not a race.
When it's time to get things done, then the tempo picks up, get 'er done ~
Over and out of the way, free for sea and sun.
Eyes open, all three. Watch and feel, knowledge see. Being taught and teach.
Reaching in and reaching out. Caring and sharing, exchange. Help and helped. Both be.
Symbiotic flow and we all grow.
Sometimes step out of the comfort zone. Stretch. Pain for gain. 
Nothing stays the same.
It either expands or subtracts. Necessary, to act. Matter of fact.
Or, sub - tract. Into the shade. Turn gray. fade away.

Disappear, to be, another free. That of One.

Until, instilled - a new form.
Possibly to Earth again. Begin again.
