Gymin givin every other day, working weights physical way ~
So surprised how great it is, body building quick, from a slow decay.
Had given in, thought age had me beat ~
Dropped fun activities from feeling defeat.
But wow was wrong, am getting strong ~
Strengthening muscle, apathy gone.
Step by step up, I'm on my way ~
To fit and prime shape of joyful filled play.
Another prize too, will simultaneously grow ~
With intention and attention, on other, creative flows.
Proper sleep, diet and exercise, now all being realized ~
Expands opportunity, pleasure and prosperity ~
Excited to engage, with clear open bright eyes!
