groovey groove

​Tweeking people, too many drugs, lost control, swept under the rug.
Chaotic mind, direction can't find, running in circles, reality blind.
(Shake it off. I learned this from my cat.)
When something is confusing, some energy disrupts your flow ~
shake it off, shake your head, makes that vibration go.
Back to one, rekindle composure, from that insanity, over exposure.
Most the time picture simple, exterior point of view ~
Reality not hard to maintain, Stay in the groovy groove.
Recognize manipulation, know what it is, how it feels ~
No thanks & go, have your balance, steer an even keel.
Life like sailing the sea, lots influence it ~
Know the ropes sometimes cope, or adjust a bit.
Tighten a line, check GPS, tack to wind, port to starboard ~
If in a squall, batten the hatches, if too rough, head to safe harbor.
Plan & charts, sea legs and a well weathered crew ~
Free to explore, sea or shore, ample opportunity too.
Community minded, share, prepare, stewards of future growth ~
Clean environment, fruitful merriment, preservation, attainment oath.
Each integrity, emotional sincerity, helpful with will to learn ~
Open expression, confusion question, truthful with discern.
