There's also slow or fast.
The speed of particle flow (movement), can also alter ones condition.
Competently and faster, a higher degree.
A useful tool.
If ya feel sad or any lower emotion, get into action.
Take a walk or have a shower.
Do whatever quickly and feel the power!
If ya just can't, no energy, well, damn yo, drink a cup of coffee.
Then clean the house!
Maybe something got you upset, triggered you.
Instead of figure-figure (what went wrong) ~
Get into DOINGness. 
Raise your vibration and suddenly ~
You see what it was and then ~ you can workout a solution.
A useful evolution!
Once again, we are all responsible for our own condition. 
We can change it. Fix it.
Make whatever, more pleasant. Mo better. Workable.
