Swimming through my sea of life, I often am content ~
Much the time it's a rhyme, I'm floating in my ascent.
Children's glow, life's show, animals in their know ~
Peoples minds and other kinds, the loving they feel & flow.
Still there is, a part amiss, the unity of soul to soul ~
Connected bond, palm tree with frond, emerging sun with dawn.
Heart connection, human reflection, sharing in moments of joy ~
Passion bliss, this I miss and without it, I am still adrift.
I know the one, often in my dreams, an angel with sword and shield ~
My other half, delightful laugh, her truth / integrity I feel.
Come to me in this now, with grace to share our space ~
Have serenity, one together our entity, connect our synchronized pace.
I see you and you see me, only together are we free ~
